A note from our director

HECAT’s board of directors, board of trustees and managerial staff are committed to continue achieving, year after year, our planned objectives in this great educational project for our community.

Due to the attitude, the commitment and collaboration of all the people involved in the development of this project, we have been able to reach the goals set for this administrative period.

For HECAT, as an institution of change, it it is very important to help modify the vision of our community by educating not only our students but also involving their families; therefore, classes of values are integrated within our bilingual educational program. Carrying out this transformation in families, the elementary unit of our society, has not been an easy task, however, we are convinced that the education of the individual and the family come to have a direct and positive impact on all aspects in our community.

We want to thank in particular all our collaborators involved in this great mission as donors (with cash or in-kind contributions), volunteers, local and international organizations, and local government, because without them, it would not be possible to achieve our objectives.

Thank you for your support and for being part of this great educational project.

Not only do the students and their families benefit with this project, but also all those involved, understanding that altruism or donating, whether it be in time, work, in kind or financial support, is extremely important for the reconstruction of our society. We understand that we are sowing a seed so that we have in the future not only generations with a better education, but that are also more conscious and engaged to their society.

We face more and more important challenges, which imply a greater commitment. However, with the help and attitude of the large group of people who support this project, we do not doubt that we will achieve all our objectives. On behalf of this great family that is HECAT, thank you very much!
